Re : ( Account Number : XXXX ) To Whom It Is Concern : Putting Carrington Mortgage on notice, it is fairly clear as to why I claim harassment from Carrington Mortgage 's behalfvia ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX. In following through with my word in putting an end to Carrington Mortgage 's demise, I spoke with a Carrington Mortgage Representative again in XX/XX/XXXX because although I am the mortgagee and not the professional accountant ; I realized in finally summating what a live person in Carrington Mortgage 's Services, LLC Resolution Dep was stating, if I am to get from underneath Carrington Mortgage 's umbrella, I was going to have to pay for their mistakes. Here we are with yet another problem. The rep I spoke with in XX/XX/XXXX, quoted roughly {$3200.00} because I didnt have my notes from the conversation. So, I sent in {$3200.00} via Overnight Express. Confirmation was alerted that Carrington Mortgage received it the following morning. I called in to follow up on the situation only to hear yet another problem which has prolonged the cycle of Carrington Mortgage Services demise in my payments being late. Although I was told it posted on the XXXX or XXXX of XXXX, I was also told that I am still a month behind because the homeowner 's insurance was due and some of the mortgage payment was used to compensate for the difference : While they ( Carrington Mortgage Services , LLC ) made such the decision, I can only wonder if it was done with the malicious intent of continuing this adverse cycle. My current concerns are the following : While handling the insurance and tax payments, why wasnt I notified of this problem as opposed to dipping into my mortgage payment. Then, if I dont have the difference to pay straight out within a time period, at least I would have been made aware as to what and why the decision would have been made to increase my mortgage. Why am I roughly still {$690.00} in the red with my Homeowners policy? In going over our household budget, I am sending you all extra money that has dipped well into our savings : who is it and what department do I need to be speaking with to help rectify this problem? Addressing this late payment being removed for the month of XX/XX/XXXX. In speaking with Carrington Mortgage Services LLC Research Dept Liaison, while it was a step in the right direction. Its like I told her, I am talked out. I am paying for Carrington Mortgages ' incompetents so that I can move forward. I have not physically her back from her. Yes, I took the initiative to call her back on three separate occasions, as well as faxed her a letter. Yes, I felt she did the minimum to say she did her part. In closing, Ill be sending in a total of {$1600.00}. With the {$930.00} in reserve, again, this should bring my account current. Unfortunately, because Carrington Mortgage is and has not performed adequate service since the discharge of my Bankruptcy in XX/XX/XXXX, I would appreciate it being refunded and not held in your reserve. Its a shame that all these complaints I submitted have been redundant with the exception of this one. Ill be informing the Bankruptcy Attorney of this drastic fiasco as well because rather management wants to recognize it or not, this is nothing but retribution for me filing Bankruptcy with XXXX XXXX XXXX.
