I have uploaded a deceptive form from GM FINANCIAL showing how they are in violation of 15 USC 1692j ( a ). Pursuant to 15 USC 1692d ( 1 ) GM FINANCIAL is also in violation by using criminal means to harm my reputation which is my credit reports. They have threatened to negatively affect my credit and add additional fees and have stated it is allowed by federal and state law, what i don't understand is how they came to this conclusion? when I have proof this was a consumer credit transaction and a finance charge was involved. GM FINANCIAL is also in violation of 15 USC 1692d ( 2 ) they have used obscene and profane language by calling me a SCAMMER in the letter submitted. I just want to make it clear that this is not a scheme or scam, NO this is very serious and my paper work I have sent in is very real. I will follow with a lawsuit next if I don't hear back. Remember not only are you civilly liable but CRIMINALLY liable as well. The CFPB has all the documents i have sent already form my last complaint and those are not fraudulent and they will hold up in federal court. See the attached document for proof of all that i have spoken today thank you.
