After filing for Unemployment in Kentucky in XX/XX/2020 Ky unemployment began sending benefits to a prepaid card i did not possess. When I got a new card and reporting to Bank that XXXX dollars had been sent to a prepaid card and was spent by someone other than myself and i was not getting charges against my new card not made by me i was told it had been sent to XXXX XXXX XXXX and they closed the case without any compensation. They only looked into the new charges totalling XXXX dollars and froze my account kept the XXXX dollars that i had in the account they then closed my account cancelled my card and never replied to another email or call. A supervisor i spoke with told my I was a lying theif only attempting to get free money and call me a bum. I complained to Corporate and CEO of BoA. I am still emailing ky unemployment about the funds missing but stilll nothing. I was forced to take the prepaid card or not recieve any funds and then was forced to accept a theft of XXXX dollars without being able to do anything. I want Bank of America to be held accountable for this and pay me back the money wrongfully taken from me that belonged to me and my family. I can not get any help me.
