Consumer Narrative
USAA over debited my account {$150.00} ; this is the second time in the last year they have withdrawn and refused to immediately put the money back in my account. They take weeks to refund the money and they will not put it back in my account. They write checks so they can hold and make holding interest off my funds. This most recent credit on my account has sat since XX/XX/XXXX when they over debited my account for money that was not due.
