I have a Chase Amazon Prime account. I have tried multiple times to sign up for automatic payments. I thought that the company had accepted my information an would process the payments each month. However, they didn't. Now the are charging late fees to my account and wrecking my credit rating. I have not had this level of difficulty with any other credit card. I have paid more in late fees than I have actually charged on the account and they also charge interest on the late fees and take away any points.
