Hello, I have tried to transfer money through XXXX XXXX to help people in need in the XXXX. The transfer did not go through for no reason and a refund has not been completed yet. XXXX XXXX claims that the funds were returned to Chase and Chase claims that they have never received any refunds. I have been on the phone for over 10 hours with both financial institutions.
