Made 2 payments one in XXXX and one in XXXX totaling XXXX on my credit card online. Neither payment was credited to the card. XX/XX/XXXX the bank emptied our savings attached to securing the credit card and closed the card. Its been hard enough with the pandemic because banks are closed. Plus we have been hacked 6 times in 6 months so accounts have changed. When they closed the credit card account I had nearly XXXX points on my rewards. Im now told if its a closed account your rewards cant be used. This is not my fault! I want my points. They have a security issue because our accounts have been hacked 8 times in 6 months. I dont know how or why my payments werent credited but I want my points!
