I got a Best Buy card in 2017, I was offered for a 0 % purchases for 18 months so I got 2 articles, since I was told that I was going to finish my payments on time to avoid any interest. I set up my monthly payment at that moment and 3 years after I found that Im paying interest charged not sure when since Im not able to access the statement. I was not able to get information or any details when I called, I spoke to a supervisor and no information was provided so I havent used the card, Ive never received any statement or call or letter and I have a debt of XXXX in interest
