on XX/XX/2021, I deposited a Cashier 's Check, drawn from XXXX XXXX into my personal account at Bank of America, at first the teller informed me that the funds would not immediately be available that they would be made available the next business day, then today I woke up to an email from Bank of America, that stated the the Cashier ; s check was going to be held for 10days and that funds would not be made available until XX/XX/XXXX, at XXXX XXXX.. I have attempted to resolve this several times, with several different departments at Bank of America to try to understand that a Cashier 's Check would have to be held for 10 days without receiving a logical answer from anyone as to why.
