At current this fraudulent information is affecting my credit score. XXXX XXXX is in Violation of Federal credit laws include the Truth in Lending Act ( TILA ), the Fair Credit Billing Act ( FCBA ), the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ). I would like for this company to remove this information from my account immediately.
