Consumer Narrative
On XX/XX/2016 I was reported to XXXX and XXXX XXXX for " Checking Account Fraud '', Bank of America. At the time I was reported, it was stated that I owed Bank of American money. Both statements/allegations were false. I have asked them investigate the matter and tell me how I committed fraud, but they will not provide the proof. The only thing that was changed, is Bank of America reported that I did NOT owe them any money. I don't care that Bank of America will not allow me to bank with them, but I believe reporting that I committed fraud was discriminatory, especially when BANK OF AMERICAN did not suffer any losses. Did I make a mistake - yes, but I did not commit fraud. There was no court of law that determined I was committing fraud.
