I disputed this account under identity theft before. It was removed yet now reappears on my XXXX report. Collections is dated XX/XX/2017 and now has damaged my credit score twice. This is against the Fair Crediting Act laws. I'm also a veteran and utilize the VA system as to avoid medical bills outside their jurisdiction. This is not my account as I also have a police report from XXXX Police Dept in XXXX, CO. Of a women using my personal identifiers after being arrested. She used my previous last name of XXXX.
