On XX/XX/2021 I requested a emergency transfer of funds by XXXX XXXX the only method I could retrieve my funds from my account. Bank of American have not taken any measures to unsure prompt delivery to access my available funds. Fraud department now stated their has been a data breach. Prior to admitting quilt, Bank of American took over three weeks before releasing my funds back into my account. On XX/XX/2021 I was told by prior Bank of American rep. I could request another emergency transfer of funds without any fee. I spoke with Supervisor XXXX in the east coast about XXXX XXXX. XXXX stated I could only have one fee waived to receive my emergency transfer of funds dispute Bank of American data breach and dispute the fact that Bank of American also held my account XXXX for 30 days due to the same data breach. Instead I have been waiting for another prepaid card for the third time, to be delivery within 7-10 days. In the meantime bills, food and housing is at a stand still.
