I supposed to buy a ticket from spirit for my mom in XXXX, I look for the ticket to tell my mom how much shes gon na pay i was trying to put it on hold but they didnt have this option because i used to buy ticket on my visas i guess they charged the card without my authorization i didnt know that and i pay another ticket for her with a different card for the same day when i realized that i called XXXX to get a refund from 1 of the ticket they didnt give me the money back, when i called Bank of America to disputed the transaction they did resolve it after i sent prove where i paid for the ticket from a different card but unfortunately after a month they took the money back this morning said it didnt resolve after 12 years with Bank of America im so disappointed and realized that they dont care about customer all they care about is money money money, im not wasting {$860.00} for something i didnt used i need help since they dont wan na resolved the issues with XXXX
