I have been refinancing my mortgage and financial institution advised me not to make payment to Lending point this was going to close before next payment is due. However there was issues with my mortgage they didnt submit documents on time and I missed one payment with Lending point. I brought account current and I always make payments on time. I received message on acct stated that Lending point will remove this mark on my credit. They never corrected my credit. I just ask for one time courtesy. I am trying to refinance again and I cant complete because this mark on my credit reduced my fico score. In this difficult time dealing with covid, when everyone is struggle with making payments I am always on time and I dont understand why Lending point refused to work with me.
