Wire was inciate on XX/XX/XXXX through the online banking. On XX/XX/XXXX wire was place on hold and no further explanation was giving. I contacted the bank for more details but unfortunately no body can give me a direct answers on why the wire was stop. After my calles I got an email regarding recipients information which I provide the same day. Until this moment I have not receive any further explanation regarding the wire. the wire transfer is to make a payment to an individual providing service in a land in P.R. Please see attached documents.
