In XXXX during a pandemic when I was struggling with money. I was charged 63 times for overdraft fees. By Chase Bank. The fee for over driving is {$35.00}. I paid over {$2200.00} in overdraft fees. When I found out they would reimburse you for your overdraft. But they would only reimburse up to 6 overdraft fees out at a time. After doing that a couple times. They won't let any overdraft my card anymore and they won't tell me a reason to why. Plus I've been a customer with them for 5 plus years I've overdrafted plenty of times and always paid the fee. This past Friday I was short {$100.00} on my car payment. Which I need to pay to keep my car so I can get back and forth to work. They wouldn't let me overdraft my card to pay my car payment. When I went to talk with the banker and showed him everything that was going on he told me there was nothing he could do for me. That it was Chase itself that was not lending me the to overdraft my account. I ended up having to pawn my TV and XXXX to pay my car payments. And my TV and XXXX are still at the pawn shop.
