To Whom It May Concern, In the process of requesting PPP loan forgiveness over the last several months, Chases business direct center and whoever has been reviewing the application forms have been repeatedly clearing and re-adding conditions and have been extremely unclear with what they require. Every representative we have called has told us something different every time as to what they are requiring. Once the requested changes are made to the application they clear that condition and add back another that was already cleared. We have provided what they have asked for and more numerous times that prove the loan money was used on the business during the covered period. We have followed all the guidelines when applying, all 22 times, and each time with the additional documents they request and are still being denied. At this point they are going to run us out of business by not granting forgiveness for the loan that helped us and is still helping us remain in operation. We will not have the means to repay this loan amount in full by the date it is due. The SBA states that funds can be up to 100 % forgiven if used on the business during the covered period, which it was and we are not even requesting forgiveness for the entire loan amount. We are eligible for this and should have our application reviewed fairly. Chase is refusing to submit our application to the SBA even though we have provided everything they have asked for and more.
