ON XX/XX/XXXX, I MADE AN INTERNATIONAL WIRE TRANSFER THROUGH MY BANK PORTAL. ON XX/XX/XXXX, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING THE TRANSFER WAS COMPLETED, BUT WHEN I CONTACT THE RECIPIENT, HE CHECKED HIS ACCOUNT AND DID NOT SEE THE FUNDS, I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE OF MY BANK AND THEY SAID THERE IS NOT WIRE TRANSFER DEPARTMENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANCE AT THAT TIME AND THAT I HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING THROUGH THE PORTAL, WICH I DID, MY FIRST REQUEST WAS ON XX/XX/2021, AND I RECEIVED A REPLY THROUGH MY SECURE MESSAGES SAYING THE WIRE TRANSFER WAS COMPLETED AND PROVIDE ME WITH A REFERENCE NUMBER SO THE RECIPIENT COULD TRACK WITH HIS BANK, WHICH I DID, RECIPIENT HAD CALLED HIS BANK SEVERAL TIMES AND THE FUNDS ARE NOT IN HIS ACCOUNT AND IT DOESN'T EVEN LOOK IN PROCESS, I CALLED BACK TO MY BANK TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON XX/XX/2021 AND THEY TOLD ME THE SAME THING, THAT THEY CAN NOT TRACK OR FIND THE EXACTLY INFORMATION OF WHERE IS THE MONEY, THAT I HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING THROUGH THE PORTAL, I HAVE MADE 3 MORE REQUESTS IN THE BANK PORTAL, EVEN ONE TO HAVE MY MONEY BACK, AND TODAY XX/XX/2021 STILL NOT HAVE AN ANSWER, NOBODY HAS CONTACT ME, I HAVE A LETTER FROM THE RECIPIENT ACCOUNT SAYING THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY WIRE TRANSFER FROM ME. IS VERY DISAPOINTED THAT A SUCH A BIG BANK LIKE THIS ONE IN UNITED STATES DOES NOT HAVE ENOUGH CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANCE TO US THE CUSTOMERS.
