I have made two wire transfer on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$25000.00} on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$20000.00} Both from Chase bank XXXX XXXX XXXX ) to my Broker XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I got the first wire of {$25000.00} in my broker account on XX/XX/XXXX, only after that I made the 2nd wire of {$20000.00}. But that money never arrive in my broker account on XX/XX/XXXX or after even chase showed it as complete. I have called the chase on XX/XX/XXXX to recall the wire, the chase representative over the phone said she has helped me to recall the wire and the {$20000.00} should be in my account the same day. But it never came, and I have since call chase 3 times on XX/XX/XXXX, each time they claimed to help me, but every time the call ends up been disconnected after transfering. I have attached the photo of my wire records.
