On XX/XX/2020 I got into my online account with edd. I noticed that my last name was not my last name .so i texted edd and let them know through email. And a card was sent to me from bank of America that had only {$17.00} and I calk to find out what was going on edd let me know that they have been putting money on my card since XXXX but I haven't received any of it. So I was told to file a claim with bank of America so I did. And when they froze my account my claim was pending and while it was froze I received a letter that was dated XX/XX/XXXX the same day my account was frozen but didn't get the letter until after XX/XX/XXXX. I told them and it started that they have closed my claim. I called and ask why and was told to toss the letter because there machine sent it out. And later that week it was announced on the news that if anyone received and letter from bank of America while your claim is frozen to toss it. And then when when my account was reopen my claim was still closed .I called and tried to explain to them what happened and since I found the person who was responsible for taking my money I was told to give them there information and I did, then I was told that if I get them I I police report that I will receive my money so I did and fax it and gave it to them. Still no money .so I call again I was told that my claim was closed again and they also made it two claims instead of one so on my {$5000.00} claim they started that it was closed because the had just received the bank tape. And it looks a lot like me I told them the person that took my money everyone mistakes us for each other when I first founded out she took it. A couple of days later I called about the XXXX that was still open at the time, that it was now closed because they did not have and tape, and because they did not take it a lump sum of the money at once but they only allowed to take a XXXX a day. They have been living to not only me but they also told edd they paid me the money already and when told about that they started that they do not take to XXXX .And when I called before to check on my claim they assured me that they were emailing edd while I was on the phone .Also edd said the sent them my first payment which was overXXXXand they claim it was over {$14.00}. My fear of me losing my hard earned money has cause me anxiety. Pain, and a lot of headaches. I ve lot my valuable property, my boyfriend, of 20 years, and my a friend and now I'm about to lose my place to live over this.please help me get my money I don't only think that I've worked hard for that money but I NEED my money bad please help. P.s. I've did all that was asked of me and I yet to see a XXXX. And all I got back was one lie they give me over and over. I spoke to bank of America and it's all so on there web that they cant hold take more then six months and with the virus the was lucky to hold them three .We do look a like but not that much so even if they did have a tape of my XXXX from XXXX and XXXX I should have my money by now but still nothing nothing nothing.Help me please thank you
