Citi has been harassing me with offers for a high interest loan product, Citi XXXX Loan. Over the past 6 months, I have contacted them 4 times asking them to CEASE sending me offers via, mail, email, and app. On the 3rd request, I let them know I would be contacting all relevant agencies if I received one more letter. I am contacting you for your assistance in having Citi cease sending me Citi Flex Loan offers, as they will not do so on their own volition. Thank you.
