Citi bank credit card has an auto pay set up thru them receiving payment from my bank account. I have always set up and requested paper statements on all my credit cards accounts. XXXX XXXX, I was puzzled when I found a XXXX taken out of my bank account and had no way to trace it to the credit card, after calling the bank and doing multiple things, it was citi bank credit card XXXX. Citi card enrolled me on paperless statement and I had no knowledge of this until XXXX XXXX. This account had no interest occurring for a while, like 12 months, inXXXX 2021 interest started. I called citi card do on XXXX XXXX, & told them the situation, being taken off paper statements by ( citi ) and citi changed my statements to paperless. I talked to XXXX at citi and told him i would have to go into town and switch money but I would pay this bill off in full, tomorrow, XXXX XXXX, minus the interest. I did pay citi {$6300.00} thru an employee named XXXX. I asked XXXX and XXXX about the interest charge and they couldnt remove it. XXXX XXXX XXXX, the payment has cleared my bank for {$6300.00}, and I called l citi and talked to XXXX about removing the interest he acted as XXXX was a purchase instead of interest, he put me on hold twice, first time no, then second time he said he would go to higher officials, he came back and said my name and hung up. I called back and asked for him, they had no way to find him, I talked to XXXX ( it started with a XXXX ) she was a foreigner lady, as I started to explain she hung up too. I feel like they took me! I have never been late on my payment and when interest start accumulating, I pay my bill off in full. I just want justice. I did not change my method of billing with my statements, I am older person and always received PAPER STATEMENT. Thank you, XXXX XXXX
