Hi went to the Bank of America ATM to deposit {$3000.00} when I try to deposit the money to the ATM it was pushing the money back again and again I was counting and putting back to the ATM finally its accepted the money but there is a massage popes up on the screen saying there is problem with ATM enter amount manually to confirm amount then enter manually {$3000.00} but Machine gave me credit for {$300.00} only then I called the manager for help told them what happened they told me they dont have access to the ATM call the phone number on the receipt then I did call them they gave me credit for that I didnt know that is temporary I thought Im good but two months later I received a latter oh they are unable to pay the claim that I did for {$2700.00} because they didnt find any money from the ATM and they said I walked out with the from the ATM which is not true bank is lying on both sources billing and video from the ATM I called them they reopen the claim twice but I received the same answer I asked them to show me the video but they are saying they dont have access to the video and the ATM so whos have the access to the ATM and the video they told me I have to get the subpoena from the court if I want to release that video from them but courts have currently very limited service I filed for subpoena and small claims today but court employees said they havent processed any small claim over a year because of pandemic theyre not sure they are going to process my small claim or not Im really helpless right know I lost my {$2700.00} I need to get that money from the bank please help me out this was happen on XXXX at XXXX XXXX
