I started receiving these phone calls about three months ago. It was the Synchrony Bank call center as far as I can tell. I asked why they were calling me. The answer is always " give us your account number or we can't help you ''. I haven't had an active account with them for six years. I did not have any account information as I had disposed of it years ago. I started by just ignoring the calls. They kept coming. I called back. NO solution, no help at all. I started blocking the call center numbers. They kept coming. I have asked to speak to a manager of some kind. They can't do that. I have been hung up on repeatedly, I have 18! voicemails from just the last couple weeks. I spent six hours on the phone with them on Thursday, XX/XX/2021. I have been told repeatedly " don't worry you won't receive any more calls ''. Last Thursday someone tried to tell me my XXXX XXXX XXXX mother, that lives across the country, had to do a conference call with them because it had to do with her account. My mother paid off her account years before I even had one. I suffer from XX/XX/XXXXandXX/XX/XXXXproblems to the point I am on XXXX and can not work. The XX/XX/XXXX this is causing me is affecting my life. I can't get any solution with the company. I deleted the only text I had gotten from them about owing some company I had never heard of much less bought anything from. They have also tried to tell me I have more than one account but won't explain to me who is using it and for what. I'm extremely confused and frustrated! I just want it to stop. Care Credit and Synchrony Bank will harass you until you die even if you don't owe them. One more thing, now when I call back they ask if this account holder is in Nevada. I've never lived in Nevada.
