Hard Credit inquiry done using another social security number, not mine, by TjMaxx / Synchrony Bank, ( Synch/tjx dc ), on XX/XX/2020. But has appeared on my credit. And have brought my credit score down by over 20 points. I have been trying to correct this matter with said bank ( fraud dept ), for months. They have told me over and over again that they have sent over a deletion of account letter, to the three credit bureaus. Being that my social security was not used. Credit bureaus have not received said letter. Said company has refused forward said letter to me, so I could then forward to 3 credit bureaus. My credit score has been affected negatively and has caused financial issues in my life and my families life.
