On XX/XX/XXXX, Citibank closed my Citi XXXX account for the reason abusive manner for the primary purpose of acquiring ThankYou Points, and forfeited all my thank you points ( XXXX ). 1. Citibank arbitrarily closed my account without clear standard defending their excuse. 2. On XX/XX/XXXX, during the talk with online representative, I was told that even though my account was closed, I could still redeem all my points. 3. Its absurd that Citi forfeited all my points by saying I got all my points by misusing my card. 4. Amount 40000+ points, most of them are not even from this card. They were earned through another card called XXXX.
