Purchased a XXXX dishwasher online on XX/XX/2021 and charged the purchase to my XXXX Shop Your Way credit card. Due to a delay with the manufacturer the dishwasher installed on XX/XX/2021. Upon testing it is observed the top tray is broken and rubs against the rubber seal. Instead of insisting to remove it from the residence, a call was placed to the installer. The same installer arrived with a replacement dishwasher on XX/XX/2021, and the replacement dishwasher had the same top broken tray defect. The old defective dishwasher left in the residence. A dispute filed submitted to Shop Your Way Mastercard on XX/XX/2021, for {$710.00}. XXXX ID XXXX is closed. No contact from XXXX, installer or anyone. Case closed with no resolution.
