Over the past year I have been trying to severe my 22 year relationship with Citi regarding my charge cards. Citi issued unauthorized cards after I told them I wanted all accounts closed. After many calls with Citi, including their fraud department, I paid an undisputed balance as a payment in full amount on all three accounts I had two of which I never asked for nor activated. Citi cashed the Payment in full check than proceeded to keep attempting to collect more including various fees they kept adding even though they knew the balance was all in dispute. Citi has relentlessly harassed me with as many as 7-8 calls daily on my home phone, cell phone and messages app.They have become increasingly aggressive and may have negatively influenced my credit ratings.
