Not able to access to my online banking. XXXX locked. Online Banking Acess Locked. Called Chase Bank Many Times more than 3 hours of my time. Still Not solved. Keep routing to Fraud Department in XXXX Nothing Solved. Security questions not sufficient. Even I never lived they will ask me how many years I lived. None but failed. Asking My XXXX 's birthday even I divorce about 20 years ago. Last work. Keep failing. I have to keep calling once it fails. The banks, financial institutions, using XXXX and XXXX to rerout for the customer service, and experiencing all ways a problem Some refuses to transfer to Supervisor in the US. Some never do.
