When calling the XXXX toll free automated customer service number last week, it indicated a XX/XX/2021 deposit ( credit ) to my account in the amount of {$0.00}, which i did not recognize and is not even possible. Then when i checked my mobile application i noticed several more unrecognized credit transactions in the amount of {$0.00}. To me it seems that XXXX maybe receiving money for me and then immediately debiting it back out do that I never notice it's receipt in back-to-back transaction with XXXX XXXX effect on account balance.
