In XX/XX/2021, I applied for a much needed XXXX loan and was approved by a company called XXXX. I signed the documents on XXXX and was funded by Capital Plus Financial. The money was sent to my bank by XXXX on XXXX but was rejected due to the exceeded amount. It was returned yo XXXX same day. I have been reaching out to them for almost a month now including submitting tickets but they have not responded so far. I have went to their website but they dont have a phone number listed. They have in their site that when a situation like so occurs, they will follow up to update the information but I have not received one response from them. I have reported it to the XXXX XXXX XXXX. Please help me recover the money.
