I emailed the CEO of USAA in regards to late payments reporting inaccurately on my report. A rep from the CEO office called me and I informed them of the months that was reporting falsely on my XXXX XXXX & XXXX report. I sent my bank statements showing each month and my payment for each each month. Another rep called me and said that they see on time payments for all months except 3. But I clearly sent them my bank statements. The months that are reporting inaccurate are : XXXX, XXXX, XXXX & XXXX of XXXX. XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX of XXXX. XXXX, and XXXX of XXXX. They asked me to fill out and submit a Consumer Report Dispute Form which I did on XX/XX/XXXX and they keep sending me this form without correcting the inaccurate information.
