My daughter was in a car accident in XXXX. She was hospitalized in XXXX at their hospital. She was covered by insurance and car insurance. The hospital accepted assignment of the insurance. I started getting bills from " XXXX XXXX. '' The doctor listed on the account was not one of the doctors listed in her hospital file. I was able to obtain, back then, the request from this " provider. '' The hospital went over this document and told me that this doctor listed is not a provider in their hospital. They also provided the hospital bill that showed the procedures done on her. The ones shown were not what was billed. They are trying to collect fraudulent charges based on an accident that happened almost 6 years ago. Besides that, my daughter was XXXX and a legal adult. This does not belong on my credit and needs to be removed immediately. I demand a cease and desist for the continued pursuit to collect on this. I have provided the only documents that I still have after 6 years. The original company declined to pursue it after I provided the paperwork proving that the charges were fraudulent and were not related to my daughter 's care.
