Chase has attempted to overdraw an account twice that isn't supposed to be capable of being overdrawn. This has been the set standard since the account was created. The first time was XX/XX/XXXX now its happened again on the XXXX of XXXX. I wrote to their online chat and informed the other person on the account. The first overdraw was XXXX $ and the second was XXXX XXXX At the same they've changed my privacy policy, but then did not change my privacy policy. It also sort of looks like the Government may be involved per the message I was sent. So for the privacy policy they sent me a link that took me to a site that attempted to load for hours. Then after clicking it a few more times it takes me through the app to some of the privacy settings they just told me in their updated policies I no longer have the option to change.They also decided to randomly get rid of all my quickpay information. It's not just this company either I have issues with others as well, but I digress Chase is the main problem here.
