I opened a loan with loanme me and originally had an issue with payments therefore i was offered a settlement, i made my payments on time and at the second to last month of my payments i was advised my loan was transfered to XXXXloanme branch. I was advised the branch did not have the updated terms of my loan but that i could pay the balance and would receive a close out notice. There is a new loan open under my name that I did not my payment was accepted and I never received a close out notice. Customer service reps transfer me around whenever i am able to get in contact i am concerned a false loan will be placed on my credit.
