I am writing to dispute a account fraudulently opened in my name. I am a victim of identity theft and did not open this account # XXXX with Security Credit Services. I am not responsible for any payments for this account XXXX. I have no business with Security Credit Services. Security Credit Services is " third-party debt collector ''. I do not have a loan or contract with Security Credit Services or owe a debt to Security. Security Credit Services is attempting to collect a debt on the basis of fraud. Security Credit Services decided to ignore my demands for Validation with Notice and Demand to Cease and Desist Over the past several months, I have tried to resolve this issue on XX/XX/2021 letter to CEO but to no avail, refusal. Please provide proof of claim with evidence that you have legal and lawful authority to collect? 1. Validation of the debt ( the actual accounting ) 2. Verification of claim ( a sworn affidavit or signed invoice! ) XXXX copy of the contract binding both parties. Failure to substantiate the claim, please settle account immediately. Im challenging this account with Security Credit Services of the Federal Debt Collection Practices Act ( hereinafter FDC PA ), Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). I request that you immediately CEASE and DESIST all actions with me. Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Section 805 ( C ), it is my right to request that you cease contact with me. I am exercising my right to do so with this letter. I request that you immediately CEASE and DESIST all actions with me. With this notice, under the law, you can now only contact me to : To advise me that your company 's further efforts are being terminated ; To notify me that your company may invoke specified remedies which are ordinarily invoked by such debt collector or creditor ; or Where applicable, to notify me that your company intends to invoke a specified remedy.unjust enrichment, fraud on the homeowners and consumer. Security Credit Services actions among others are violations of the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Acts ( FDCPA ) of multiple state and Federal laws. Intentional act of fraud. Fraud, deliberate concealment of material information, fraud is a felon. This is Dishonor in commerce, Fraud, Conspiracy, and Racketeering.I will also file a complaint with the Attorney General. I will further pursue all of my legal remedy without further notice to Security Credit Services. I have attempted to resolve this matter formally before filing a complaint and lawsuit!
