Hello Team, On XX/XX/2021 my credit card was charged by XXXX XXXX PA for {$130.00} That time I was in the line with my wife and daughter, I could not make that transaction. Reported a fraud to Bank of America, and received denial. During fraud review process I have received a proof, that a merchant I bought something before was hacked and my credit card details were stolen. That company is XXXX ( transaction date XX/XX/2021 ), they are serviced by XXXX. Which in turn confirmed a breach from XX/XX/2021, till XX/XX/2021. XXXX wrote that they notified me, the merchant, law enforcement, and the bank. When I called the bank a third time they said the only thing they have is a receipt of a transaction from ticketleap. When I asked to check those reports from XXXX, they said there is nothing. I just XXXX and found tons of evidence. I truly believe Bank of America is not doing any investigation, they are not even tried to find a root cause, and the only thing they do is to deny it. I have another case opened, which was denied as well, but I didn't have any proof. BoA answer and XXXX report are attached.
