Consumer Narrative
I paid an annual fee in full of {$450.00} and the company decided to close my account during the year. Nowhere in the card member agreement does it state that I am not entitled to a pro-rated refund of the annual fee. The company needs to refund partially my annual fee payment. When you pay for an annual service and the company stops providing the service during the year, it is not right ( and arguably not legal ) to keep the entire fee.
