On XX/XX/2020 at XXXX my real time account balance was {$1000.00} Im a little under 2 hours later, in the middle of the night my account balance changed to {$320.00} at XXXX on XX/XX/2020 The account balance was real time. All charges previously taken out, even pending was already physically taken out in real time from my account leaving the {$1000.00} as my current and real balance. That is {$740.00} taken stolen from my account in a 2 hour window in the middle of the night. I went to a branch for help and they would not help me. I then went to the branch I opened the account in and they would not help me, instead called a manager and all he did was print out my statement, tell me that I have to audit it and prove to them the money is missing and then he had the audacity to try and sell me/apply for a Citibank credit card. The statement during the time the money stolen out of my account does not show. I have screenshots proving so. Following will be screenshots of my account that clearly show date, time and how much was stilen out of my account and does not show on the statement and amount missing is unexplainable by the financial professionals of the bank and its manager.
