Portfolio Recovery is responsible for violating multiple of my rights according to the FDCPA. I have sent Portfolio Recovery a notarized Affidavit of Truth with documented proof of their violations according to the FDCPA. According to 15 USC 1692B and 15 USC 1692F this company has repeatedly violated me and I am well within my legal rights to sue this company due to their repeated refusal to comply with the Federal laws they are obligated to abide by. After sending my Affidavit I received another phone call from an agent of this company attempting to collect this alleged debt, which is another violation.
