On XX/XX/2021, I attempted to make a ATM cash deposit at the branch located at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX NY in the total amount of {$900.00}. I inserted XXXX ( {$20.00} ) bills, the ATM machine rejected the deposit and only return XXXX bills ( {$580.00} ). I am missing XXXX ( {$20.00} ) bills which equates to {$320.00}. I called customer service while still in the branch and provided all the pertinent info ( ATM ID # and location ). The customer representative XXXX created a claim ( ID # XXXX ). I was informed that a technician will be onsite by XXXX to open up the machine and perform an investigation by counting all the funds to determine the discrepancy. I called the following day on XX/XX/XXXX, and were advised that the claim is still pending and it can take XXXX hours for a conclusion. I called the following day on XX/XX/XXXX and was informed that it can take up to 45 days but would have some information within 10 business days. I express my concern with my financial situation and that the money is needed for food for my children. The representative submitted a hardship request for a credit to be applied until a resolution is officially made. I called again on XX/XX/XXXX, and was informed that the hardship request was only documented on the claim and will be taken into consideration for approval. The hardship approval request takes approximately 10 days. I requested to speak to a manager, no one was available so the representative requested my phone number and advised that I should receive a call by end of business day. Today is XX/XX/2021 and I have not receive a phone call and my claim is still pending. My children are still without the funds needed to put food in the refrigerator. Please help. Thank you
