During COVID my family was ravaged by sickness and my role in the house became a primary carer for my wife and XXXX children. I reached out to Synchrony Bank, the party responsible for the issue of a credit line from Amazon. As part of their covid program I closed my account and made payments per the agreement in place. For the period XX/XX/2020 through XX/XX/2020 Synchrony reported that I did not make payments, when in fact I had made payments. As a result my credit report suggests I am a serious delinquent. Further, they did not even report anything for XX/XX/2020. Account since fully repaid with a XXXX balance. I have reached out multiple times with zero assistance offered.
