I initialed a wire of XXXX usd from my chase checking to my friends XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. It just disappeared. Money is never there. I tried to solve the problem with them. I provided details and tried to recall the money so many times. And theres just nothing. Okay I guess they arent even working on it since they never even told me where the money was and I know they can trace it. My recall request was received on XX/XX/XXXX. The whole thing is going on for 5 months. Its very unusual. Hope you can help with that!
