Funds withdrawn at B of A atms that were not me, noticed money missing. Filled claims to B of A and they are dragging their feet one department doesnt seem to know what the other is doing, and they dont contact you or give any good customer service. First {$1000.00} w/d at ATM in XXXX at XXXX XXXX branch on XX/XX/21, this is 25 miles from my house, in XXXX XXXX XXXX I live in XXXX XXXX XXXX ! Second, {$1000.00} w/d at ATM in XXXX, CA. XXXX on XXXX XX/XX/21. Third {$1000.00} w/d at B of A ATM at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, CA. XX/XX/21. This one is close to home I shop at this store, but I have never used a ATM there. Worst part is B of A not working to resolve quick enough, its their ATMs, all they need to do is check the video footage and see its not me! Their handling of this ( or lack of ) is unacceptable, borders on Criminal. Dont know how they got the California EDD account to provide these Pre paid debt cards? Like I said their customer service is very bad!
