On XX/XX/XXXX of 2021, I wanted to talk to XXXX customer care for an app named XXXX and how I wanted to change it from an XXXX version to an XXXX version. But the XXXX had a fraud website as attached I called the customer care number on the fake XXXX website which popped up first in XXXX search that day and I was not so cognitively aware to differentiate between fake and real XXXX website and then they made me download some weird XXXX app which I was not able to deny because they were very tricky to hypnotize the brain attached is the fake website And they broke into my phone and kept doing taking out the money from my XXXX and chase savings account through XXXX XXXX XXXX and just told me to be on the phone while they were fixing the XXXX XXXX for me attached is the screenshot of the phone call which I was on for almost an hour After that, all I knew that I was fraudulently victim of losing my money from XXXX and Chase bank app XXXX were kind enough to resolve my issue timely and refunded the money as they investigated and found out that it was a fraudulent act but Chase bank gave me hard time A little back story about my health I am a XXXX survivor and STILL have a XXXX and XXXX XXXXt will attach my XXXX injury card as well I am not having any job and no XXXX all I have is my savings but the scammers took $ XXXX from my chase bank and the bank is not giving me a proper response since last months. Please help me in this matter you are my last hope
