I placed an order ( XXXX ) for a XXXX Laptop for {$410.00} on XX/XX/2020. This was shipped with XXXX tracking # XXXX. My shipping address mentioned in the order was XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, DE XXXX. But this item was delivered to incorrect address XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, DE XXXX on XX/XX/2020 and it was received by somebody named XXXX. Attached the proof of delivery provided by XXXX for the same. I have cited this reason and spoke to BestBuy several times and they still refused a refund. So, I decided to dispute this transaction and provided all these details to your team, when I opened this dispute ( CASE ID # XXXX ). Still your team has incorrectly closed this dispute in BestBuys favor 4 times so far without even looking into the proofs I have provided ( it clearly shows the incorrect address in the XXXX proof of delivery ). I had to call your team several times to explain this issue and still they were not helpful. I have reopened this dispute again to investigate this clearly. Can you please investigate this issue as a high priority as this has been going on for several months now? Please let me know if further details are required. Please Note : I spoke to many representatives from disputes team asking them to give me a call or send me an email before closing the dispute. I have never received any correspondence before the dispute was closed. Not sure why this was not notated in the case when I called in.
