Dear Sir/Madam : On XX/XX/XXXX an unauthorized charge by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, in the amount of {$120.00} was posted to my Citi credit card account ending in XXXX. I was also charged a " foreign transaction fee '' by Citi of {$3.00}. I reported the unauthorized charge and disputed the charges and received credit for both. I closed that account and requested a new card. When I received my statement, another unauthorized charge of {$120.00} by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was posted to my new account ending in XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX with another foreign transaction fee of {$3.00} charged by Citi cards. I made several attempts to dispute the charge by phone and by chat. Citi does not have an e-mail address on their website for customer service to dispute a charge. I closed that account and received another card ending in XXXX. The disputed charge was transferred to my new account! I have since paid off the account minus the disputed charge. Citi has closed my account and is marking is past due which affects my personal credit to the point where my credit score has dropped considerably and it has affected my ability to get a loan. I would like to report Citi 's lack of help with this unauthorized charge on my account and that they transferred the unauthorized charge to my new card after I took the necessary steps to prevent this company from accessing my account.
