On XXXX the XXXX, someone made 2 {$100.00} fraudulent credit card purchases with my account at gas stations that I have never been to. In fact, it was in cities I have never been to. Bank of America was quick to catch it and place it on hold. I was sent a new card and got refunded for the purchases. Today, almost 2 months later, B of A tells me that I am responsible for the charges because they think I made the purchases. I explained Ive never even been or heard of the locations that the purchases were made and I would like those charges removed. I was told they could not remove the charges.
