This showed up on my credit report on XX/XX/2021, in the amount of {$1700.00} from some company by the name of XXXX XXXX By Phone. In XXXX, someone attempted to file unemployment in my name, also NOT me, ( I work for XXXX XXXX in XXXX Ohio and was notified by my employer someone had fraudulently filed for unemployment on my behalf, I filed a police report ). I'm not sure if someone had gotten the above loan by phone in my name or not, however, this was NEVER my loan, I've never gotten a loan like this. I've tried disputing it to no avail. I will NEVER pay something that's not mine, however, it has impacted my credit score. I need this removed from my credit, I've tried contacting the company at XXXX and they keep hanging up on me, which just screams scam. I'll call, they get my name and email then put me on hold while they " transfer '' me and that's when the call drops, I've tried a dozen or more times to get thru and each time that's what happens. This is most definitely a fraudulent charge and I need it off my credit. The dispute I filed thru the credit bureau came up with nothing. I don't understand how someone can do this and it affect MY credit and nothing happens to the scammers involved in getting a loan with my stolen identity.
